So. Jims is going back to work for No Justice after this weekend. This is good news for me. I dig Aranda and think they are great guys and a great band but my heart lies in the Red Dirt/TX scene. This news makes me happy. We're getting a jump start on it tomorrow night. Going to Medicine Park to catch the show. Tracey is going too. We're saving her from a holiday weekend playing cards with the folks.

Well, we got rained out damn it!!!
Rained on us pretty good on the way down I-44. When we got to Medicine Park it was dry. Got to the festival and a band was onstage playing. Friggin' beer was $2! That is an amazing price no matter where you're at! I could have stayed and drank in the rain for that price!! Anyway, about the time NJ was set to take the stage it started pouring! UGGHHHHHHH!!!! Hope all their gear is okay.....it got a little wet!!
